Dear sir
My self padmaraju ravikumar and I bought a re sale flat in kakani nagar since last 1and 1/2yr everything flat related completed but little bit pending house tax book transfer To me from seller so everything documents related submitted near related offc at kakani nagar .
I hand over to all documents
Mr. Harinadh talari which one section related person his mob numbers :[protected] and [protected] but he is asked amount for transfer totally 9000rupees it was done laso but till my house tax book not didn't transfer and he was can't pic my cls also may government
employees same as like treated to all for this like kindly responseble person take immediate action against him and resolve the house tax tranfer job .

    No one came to clean or remove the garbage in my locality since 4 weeks. A lot of bad smell is coming from it.

      Sir,
      The Street light bearing Pole Number: 7B/3 & 9b/7 of Rajeev Nagar - Kurmannapalem, MIG-40 of GVMC, gajuwaka zone, Ward 58, Zone16c
      is not glowing since 2months and due to this at night lots of Pigs and stray dogs wandering in the vicinity. Hope you the needful.
      I would be happy and thankful to GVMC to see the Vizag city glow LED street lights. This place is quite deserted, so bullying is being done here by some unknown people.

      NOTE: The complaint was registered on Jun17th 2021 but the issue still persists/Not rectified.

                Municipality workers not taking house hold waste regularly, that to there are coming to College waste once in a week, regarding to this I complined to area inspector but he also didn't took action, even they come to collect waste they will collect waste from only from few houses
                And they are not collecting waste but they scanning bar codes daily

                  We are residing in HB COLONY and we are facing issues with the waste collection people as they are not picking up any waste from our home they are passing our house and not picking up any waste as the result the waste has been piling up in our house since 2 weeks. Whenever we ask them they responded to us very arrogantly and said this is not our area but they pick up trash from our street.

                    There is no permit to construct any type of sheds or pent houses on terrace of ews quarters and should use the motor by storing water but some block members in ews quarters behind lions club members had constructed small type of sheds and giving for rent to tennenants and collecting too much of rents and using water by the tyme of release of water this leads to problem for ground floor members so please kindly take immediate action on this issue

                                DD amount of 25000 was paid to gvmc commissioner in March 2019 for house allotment.till now no refund is given or action taken further. Kindly acknowledge the issue.

                                    Around 6 stalls have been placed beside hero honda showroom and TV's showroom Chinnamusilivada in green belt zone from last 1 year we gave complaint to gvmc authority and zonal commissioner responded and remove shops but again they placed shops and creating parking issues and other issues to local nearby Street members.i request u to protect govt lands and green belt area
