Sir,
Two apartments opposit to our house are releasing their drainage on road and that drainage stocked infront of our house. It causes bad smell and growing mosquitos. This is very uncomfortable for all to go on the road. Please take adequate action on the matter.

Dear sir/madam,
We are living in viskhapatanam kumanplaem sri Krishna nagar colony road no 3. In our colony two side drainage is their in that one side is not working properly the direction of the drainage changes and went to our home front side that disturbs allot. Due to living animals and insects, mosquitoes and unhealthy atmosphere cannot live happily
Please take issue serious and clear as early as possible.

I am tired of posting complaints about the removal of garbage in my area. Take immediate action for my complaint.

There is a huge heap of garbage being dumped on the 40m street road where people walk through for many months. I have applied and posted many complaints regarding this, but no municipality staff is interested in this. When a citizen is complaining on the behalf of public benefit, please consider it as a priority. It's not for my benefit or anything for me. It's for nature and we can breathe fresh air at least.

Water is not draining properly in my area, drain boundary collapsed and dirty water is stuck outside

I B Varalakshmi having property bearing Assessment No : 69903, Door No: 38-40-74 at Marripalem main road, and in front of that drain slabs were broken and not safe at all for residents residing in that building and moreover there is an ATM where public gathering is there. Please renew with new slabs in order to eliminate the danger

There was not cleaning the garbage in the time of covid please take a severe action and please do sanitization because of increase of cases

There is lots of road pollution caused by trailers on VPT road from fishing harbour to st aloysious due to which lots of deceases r occuring in human being. Trailers and 2 and 4 wheelers r travelling on the same road causing too much pollution. On 50 feet road both public and VPT vehicles r travelling. I request gvmc to provide a road to public road by enhancing the road from 50 to 100 feet.
[4/17, 10:35] ~: Instead of making swatch bharat, Vizag is becoming zero due to coal pollution and trailers pollution on beach road. Just visit this part of beach road u will come to know. Please widen this road.

I here submit following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable disposal please. We constructing a house duly took permission from GVMC and as per my approved plan and diementions I was constructing my house whereas my neighborhood was unauthorized window entrances constructed without leaving setback area, I many times spoke with her but her husband was not listed my words and using very felty language which I can't hear infront of workers and other neighbors. I kindly request with folded hands to please solve the problem as earlier as possible since my husband working outside the Indian residency and I can't handling him..

Complaint 1:
House tax levied on me for the above property since its commencement was Rs. 2517(half yrly) while similar sized flats in my apartment are taxed at Rs.1674 (half yrly). Furthermore the tax for FY[protected] increased to Rs.3381(half yrly). Hence tax to be corrected and the surplus to be considered as advance available in my tax account.

Complaint 2:

House tax dues for FY[protected] is showing as Rs.1728 (Tax1653 + late fine Rs.140). However I have paid the whole yearly tax Rs. 4782 (Gained a rebate of Rs.252 for full yearly payment). Dear sir for you kind understanding I wouldn't have given rebate unless I pay in full in advance, hence it is evident that tax for FY 2020-21 is changed on a later date. Hence I request you to cancel the dues and fine to bring just.

I solemnly request you to put me in proper tax bracket and cancel the wrongly shown dues and fines. Your kindness will be lauded.

I live in Munsab Vari Street in Lawson's Bay Colony opposite the ration shop.

The garbage collection van is erratic at best.
People drop their garbage bags into the open gutters or into the street.
The garbage bin is full to overflowing.

I would be grateful if you could please help us with this issue.
Please tell me whom I should call to ensure regular and prompt garbage collection in my area.

I have made a online payment of property TAX for [protected] for a amount of 758 on 5/04/2021 at 4.29pm through UPI. Transaction was successful account debited but receipt was not generated and still it is showing as due .Have took confirm from bank that transaction was completed . Request your support in resolving the issue

One Mr.Neeladri Raju is running Ice Cube Making unit in a residential house at Door No.55-43-65, Doctors Colony, Seethammadhara Visakhapatnam unauthorisedly misusing GVMC drinking water and Ground Water for making ice cubes. The machinery is running whole the night and creating disturbance to the neighbourhood families. He is not paying any taxes for the unit to GVMC. Because of the vibration of the machinery building condition became dilapidated. GVMC has given notice under section 456 of GHMC Act, 1966 dated 27.08.2020 to repair the building immediately. The owner of the house given notice to vacate the building. Even though there is court order to vacate the building Mr.Neeladri Raju running the ice unit without allowing the owner to repair the building. The building may collapse at any time endangering the life of neighbouring families. Please take immediate steps to stop the unauthorised ice making unit in the residential house.

The place here is ful of flies, insects, etc.there is no proper maintainance and the drainage is ful but no one is responding.here are so many food vehicles on foodpath without maintaing proper cleaness.because of these vehicles we are facing so many problems

Online mode is not showing registration id of KGH and and I are unable to acquire death certificate of my grandfather, help me with this.

My grandfather expired on[protected]. We visited GVMC main office near RTC complex, they told they don't have it online and sent me to GVMC office in jagadamba center, after a very long lunch break you said the same thing and sent me to some other place where you gave me an application to fill after an entire day. Even online the ward number or registration unit id of KGH is not showing up. Help me getting my grand father's death certificate

Drainages are not being cleaned on a regular basis resulting in overload of mosquitoes & bad odor. No check on pigs which are residing in the drainages due to improper drainage check as well. Despite raising a complaint (to the GVMC supervisor or secretary) proper action is not being taken. Please see to it that the problem is solved as soon as possible.

Roads dig up and left unattended at murali nagar masjid area and varma complex etc., please take care of the roads

I am from Lawsonsbay Colony, Visakhapatnam. The door to door garbage collection is not happening here. The garbage truck comes once in 10 to 15days. Everytime when we ask about the delay they mention that they were in strike. When they come after 10 to 15days they won't collect the garbage from all the houses. When we ask them to come and pick up the garbage they say that they are not this wards garbage pickup truck and they came as a alternative and asking the building owner to bring the entire 3 houses garbage to the truck which is parked 2 buildings apart. Thats the reason most of the houses are giving money to the road sweeping guy to collect the garbage daily. Kindly resolve this issue.
