Respected madam
I am residing in Velampeta at Pendurthi area.
Near to Welfare Delights Apparment the exiting 40 feet road, very large amount of water was staginated .
The Drainages were blocked and the drain water and rain water comes on the road
please send the concerned people to check the position.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am R Rakesh, a resident of Poodimadaka Road, Ramalayam Street beg your kind attention to our area. There is a sudden surge in the count of mosquitoes these days in our locality. This problem is regular in our locality, with no clue how to resolve this. We have tried all the general safety measures to control them, but unfortunately, nothing worked. Because our surrounding houses not maintaining hygienic measure they left their drainage tanks open and not proper drainage pools planning not there of our surrounding locality houses.

We would request you to take a action regarding this and do favour to resolve this issue as earliest as possible at priority.

With due respect, I would like to file a complaint on the house owner. He is fitting the Toilet pipeline on the municipality road which is creating a lot of inconvenience to the daily walkers and vehicles which are passing through that way. Already he occupied the municipality road while constructing the house and again they are utilizing the public municipality road for setting the toilet pipeline illegally. Hence I request you to kindly take the proper action against that illegal setting of the toilet pipeline which is fitted above the municipality road in the following location-

We are fro. Hashtag resto cafe, here no Cleaning from gvmc van or Cleaning people so, i request u to please cleare all this wastage in front of my restaurant...

There are 10 dogs in our street making noise in the middle of the night and also these street dogs are trying to my pet dog. I request the gvmc dog's van to come and move these dogs to some other place.

Garbage not collected by the garbage collectors in my appartment which is sai reventh paradise, near baba eng college pm palem 4th ward. and alos main garbbage bin was not given to us kindly take necessary action

Sir,
There are so many street dogs in our locality because of them it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.
These dogs bark and chase the people who cross that area, especially “children’s and women’s”.these dogs are scaring the children very much .
Generally, these dogs can see lying on the roads and they creates mid night time so much of noise. Old and children was distributed every day because of this noise.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team to our area to catch these dogs.

I am Srikanth, resident of Subash Nagar, 8th ward near Sagar Nagar Visakhapatnam, from last 2 weeks Street lights are not burning, I have gave a notice to sachavalam employee also but no use, please rectify this problem,

The street light on pole (above apj abdul kalam statue) near the sri lakshmi ganapathi temple located in sanjeevayya nagar, NAD X roads, Vizag - 530009, is not working since 3 days

We are residents of seethammadhara, from the past few months no one is coming to collect the wastage.we are facing lot of problems.please find solution as early as possible

Our area Street lights are not switched on, and all H.B.Colony, area, all the streets are in darkness, no light at all. Kindly switch on the lights as more robbery is going on. Please help us

Sub: Request for clearing of drainage water beside our residence.

Sir/Madam
We are the residents of sramashaktinagar 1st layout, Dno.11-140, chinnamusidiwada, near sharadapeetam. We are residing here since more than 3 decades. Due to increase in population in recent years and no drainage system, all the waste water is flowing haphazardly and accumulating in the vacant sites. One vacant site beside our house has become like a drainage collecting pit of nearby group house(SRIHARI RESIDENCY, Opp Sharadapeetam) drainage water. And due to this filthy water very stinky smell is coming 24×7 and the pit has become residence for pigs. Many mosquotoes, insects and poisonous reptiles are clearly visible. Due to this grave situation our residence has become unfit to live in. But we have no other option and the god knows how we are passing the days. We have complained about the situation to the GVMC staff but no action has been taken, they are telling that due to no drainage system they are helpless. We have also complained in the gvmc whatsapp no., but no response found.Our family consists of nine members. Senior citizens having sensitive health issues and also vulnerable children. Due to dangerous disease spreading mosquitoes around us we are living in a terrifying position and it is almost impossible to sit in the corridor. I am sharing the pics of the said drainage pit and the pics of our children who developed skin diseases due to excessive mosquito/flies bites. Recently one of our family members diagonised with dengue.
I beg your goodself to please give orders to the concerned authorities to rectify the deadly condition on priority and save our family members health/ life. We will be so thankful to you for the favour. Anxiously waiting for your response.

Sir, I paid property tax on 18/08/2021 through gvmc online wbsite. My assessment number : [protected]. CFMS transaction id: [protected]. Challan no: [protected]. Bank reference no: CPAAZUZEO1. Transaction Id: 2805426. Bill no: 4476042.
Still it is showing transaction status as 'Pending'. Please look into my issue and do the needful. Thank you.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of roads in srinagar, gajuwaka area next to GVMC. For the last SIX months, the road has been almost impassable. We have been watching atleast 3 to 4 accident daily . So; I request you to take an immediate step to repair the roads.

Recently in our street a current pole has been removed due to that process some obstacle trees were cut off . However the vegetation has not been removed so far and the same creating a obstacle to the way.
