[Resolved] GTPL Hathway Pvt Ltd — Internet service fraud | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, I was using GTPL internet service at my old house since last 8-9 months. Initially I took plan of 6 month so I paid for 6 month, after 6 month I needed to renew my plan and also I was going to shift my new home so I had asked their sales guy to check weather your company is capable to provide the connection at new home then only I renew otherwise I am going to leave the service at that time their guy told me they would be able to shift the connection to new address. Now I have shifted to new home, I placed connection shifting request on 12 october 2015 and I came to know the company is not able to shift my connection due to unavailable infrastructure.
