GTPL — I am not getting appropriate net connectivity and speed for which i have subscribed. | |||||
Dear sir, since more than 15 months i have been using the GTPL broadband service . The first day when the sales executive informed about the plan and service they had guaranteed about the services and the speed that they provide for the money. i had subscribed for the plan of 2 MBPS fix line unlimited for 15 months. i was having so many net connectivity issues like the net is down very often, say 2-3 days in a week and this was the scenario for all the 15 months. Besides i should get 2 MBPS speed which i didnt use to get. There were several complains made to the customer care and also by mail to the GTPL office for the same. My one year subscribtion has got over and again as i have no other option i have again taken the 15 month plan of 2 MBPS fix line.In short i have renewed the same plan again for 15 months.But still i am facing the same issue. It is due to this i am writing down this complain that i have paid the amount in full and in advance even for the entire year, but then too i am not receiving the promised services from GTPL.
