GTPL — Not respond your customer executive

I called your customer care 4 times regarding new Internet plan for my home last 16 days ago. Your executive told me to fill up form in our website because of network issue. I filled up and then wait your reply but nobody reply me. This scenario repeat 4 times with me. But no reply at all.. I got below message in my mail from gtpl after fill up form: Dear Mahammadirfan Modan, Thank You for submitting Inquiry for Broadband form. Your reference no. is 151816 Thank You GTPL Then also nobody reply me for my inquiry. "Customer satisfaction is most important factor in service industry " .
