Respected Sir,

I had applied for Ph.D and M.Phil few months ago in VNSGU University based on the online notice on their websites. It was clearly mentioned that the university from where the applicant completed masters degree should be UGC approved. I have completed my MBA from Bharatidasan Universoty which is UGC approved, but according to the VNSGU authority that university is not UGC approved. I paid 1200 rs for forms and they did not accept my application forms due to which I requested for refund of form fees. They assured to me that the refund will be sent through post to my address. They didn't even provided any receipt to me or any copy of my refund application. But, I still have those 2 forms which they didn't accepted. Till today I haven't received that form fees at my address. It's clear that they have just fraudly taken my money and fooled by not accepting my application. I would like to have my money returned back as I belong to a middle class family and I can't tolerate such behavior from a government body.

I have completed my BE Computer Engineering in 2005 from Government Engineering College, Modasa (Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan). I have made so many follow ups for getting my Degree Certificate first. After so much time i have finally received the same but Degree Certificate received has wrong trade. I have done BE Computer Engineering but i have received the degree certificate of BE Civil Engineering. I have sent so many mails as well as physical complaint letters with all my marksheets and provisional degree certificates but it is still pending. Looking for your kind support on the same.

The university is taking atleast 2-3 months in giving the marksheets to the students.I had submitted my application for receving my 8th semester marksheet on 20/2/2012 but my application was untouched by the authorities till 26/3/2012 that is 1 month.The madam there is not at all bothered on doing her work and even does not respond to the students.I want some strict action to be taken against the madam in Bachelor of Engineering department so that no other student has to suffer due to the irresponsibility of the authority a the university.

Today means on the 21st june 2010 i had submitted the reassessment form for the 2 subjects for the ty bca becoz i have failed in the two subjects and they had told me that the result of the reassessment for will come in about 2 months and i had also applied for the gcet so you should give the result of the reassessment on or before 6 or 7 days so that my year will also not spoil so pls. sir do something give me the result...

I am Siddhi Umeshbhai Oza (Seat No.: 2171, S. Y. B. Com., National College of Commerce, Ahmedabad).

Being part of S. Y. B. Com. University Examinations conducted during
March/April 2009, i appeared the same with seat no. 2171 and was
declared failed in 3 subjects namely
Prin. Adv. Acc./Aud.,
Economics P-II,
Business Organisation & Management (BOM)

As i was sure on my performance, i have applied for rechecking of papers
for which details are as under:

Date of Application:11th June' 2009
Fees Paid Receipt No.: 004808, 004809, 004810
Subjects Applied For Recheck: (1): Prin. Adv. Acc./Aud.(Main)(P-2 & P-3), (2) Economics P-II,
(3) Business Organisation & Management (BOM)

After waiting for considerable time, i visited university examination
department on 22nd August to verify status of my recheck application, but i
haven't received any concrete answer from officials.

Results are not declared yet and being reasonable, if not declared, i
won't be able to appear in reexamination which is going to be
conducted during October/November, 2009.

I, here by, request you to consider my case positively, and also
request you to take prompt action in this regard.

Waiting for your co-operation and results of recheck application.

S.Y.B.COM RESULTS (MARCH 2009) (ROLL NO. 2171) IS STILL KEPT IN THE PENDING STATUS BY THE UNIVERSITY AUTHORITIES.. i HAVE APPEARED IN MARCH-APRIL'2009 SYBCOM EXAMINATION. BUT I WAS DECLARED FAILED IN 3 SUBJECTS NAMELY :- (1) PRINC. ADV. ACC/AUD., (2) BUSINESS ORGANISATION & MANAGEMENT (BOM) AND (3) ECONOMICS P-2. IT IS SAID THAT WE'LL BE RECIEVING OUR RESULTS WITHIN 30-45DAYS AFTER APPLICATION. I HAVE APPLIED ON 11TH JUNE FOR RECHECKING OF 3 PAPERS, WHICH IS ALMOST 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF APPLYING FOR THE RECHECKING. I HAVE CONTACT PERSONALLY ALMOST 4 TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING US REPLY REGARDING MY RESULTS (S.Y.B.COM) OF SIDDHI UMESHBHAI OZA. (SEAT NO. 2171) WHAT PUNISHMENTS IS GIVEN IS NOT KNOWN TO TO US. THIS IS QUESTION OF MY CAREER. BY THIS WAY UNIVERSITY IS SPOILING MY CAREER. AT LEAST THEY SHOULD KNOW US RESULTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE CAN GO
AHEAD AND PREPARE FOR THE RESPECTED YEAR.

WE HAVE CONTACT PERSONALLY AS WELL AS WRITTEN SO MANY LETTERS BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING US REPLY REGARDING THE RESULTS (F.Y.B.COM) OF MY SON DEEPAKKUMAR BANWARILAL VARMA. WHAT PUNISHMENTS IS GIVEN IS NOT KNOWING TO TO US. THIS IS QUESTION OF MY SON CARRER. BY THIS WAY UNIVERSITY IS SPOILING THE CARRER OF MY SON.
