Gurubhai Advertising Agency — money collected for shoot for my kid and not refunding

MR Gurubhai Thakkar (alias Mr Manish Thakkar-Contact no : +91-[protected]);the MD of Gurubhai Group of Companies LTD, having registered office at 101, ZA tower, versova, Andheri (W) had promised for a modelling contract with ABC international for clothing line ;for my son (Zoeb Shaikh ) since the year 2013 against which they have taken a security deposit.However till date it has not worked out. and no exact details of contract has been provided.We were in constant follow up with him regarding the refund and it was assured that latest by February2018 the amount of Rs 953800.00 will be refunded .
He has stopped responding to my messages and in the last discussion in February he was requesting for a settlement for 3 lacs to which I did not agree.

I have no other options left but to put complaint and file a legal case
