The delivery date has passed away but the delivery is not taken place yet.

I want to know if gws daily site is fraud or not.
I want to refund my money.
I also complain many times in that website but i don't get any kind of reply from them.
I order it on dt jan 9 2017 and the delivery time is given on feb 5 2017, but date is passed i can't know about my order status.
