Haier — Haier HRF 619SS 565 LTR Silver Side by Side Ref (Rude behavior of Customer Service staff and Service Center Staff)

With extreme frustration and grief, I'm lodging a complaint regarding the rude behavior of the customer care service staff and service center staff. I lodged the complaint yesterday, very clearly mentioning that my refrigerator is not cooling and a bad odor is coming from the refrigerator. I mentioned them to treat this as an urgent basis because I'm having the home bakery business. The staffs from yesterday are telling me to wait for 24 - 48 hours, as a result of which I had to throw my customers order in wastebin which resulted in a loss of huge amount. The service center staff on the other hand is literally yelling over phone telling us that we should have started this keeping backup. Does the service staff really knows that every fridge has its own capacity? The lady from the customer care is also telling to wait for 24 - 48 hours and that my issue has been marked as red alert, I did not receive any call from the technical team. Because of your inefficient post product sale, I can't put my business in stake. If this is your customer support/ service which I from my experience will call it customer harrassement, you should very well tell your customers to stop purchasing products from your company because you and your team are not at all capable in handling emergency situation. This is not called customer service this is simply ways to harras customer. Service center number whom I called - [protected], Complaint ID (Service details SR No: RB[protected])... If this remains your attitude to every problem then very sorry be ready to face your own downfall
