Haier — Haier washing machine leakage

I registered a complaint for my washing machine on 23.06.2025, but even after all this time, no technician has attended the issue.

As it is the rainy season, managing without a washing machine has become extremely difficult. Unfortunately, the responses I have been receiving from the Jeeves support team have been very cold and unhelpful, with no clear resolution or service update.

This has been a very disappointing customer service experience. I request you to arrange for a technician to visit and resolve the issue immediately.
