Haier India Deep Freezer — damaged product | |||
I had purchased haier double door fridge from flipkart on 30august and got the product delivered next day. The product was damaged from inside as the top door didnt open. I immediately requested for a return and was told that it will happen within next 24-48 hours. Nobody came or replaced the fridge plus they closed my complaint without my approval. After several follow ups i got one technician and area in charge visiting my place to check the damage. They saw the product and confirmed its damaged and they will mail back to flipkart to proccess the return however nothing was done and my complaint was closed again. When i asked flipkart for my return i was told they never got any mail from the area manager that product is damaged. I was so upset with all this i told both flipkart and haier customer service that i am going to take this to consumer forum as noone is ready to help me with this. After this they confirmed i will get the replacement done by 19th sep (Just reminding you i am without a fridge from last 20+days coz of haier and flipkart) which i did. But guess what the replacement fridge is damaged too and at the same place like the old one. When i got the delivery i asked the delivery person to open and show the fridge and when i saw the same damage i refused to take the delivery but they said they have to deliver the product and cant take it back. I again requested for a return and now its crossing my pateince limits. If anyone from your company is listening please get back with a resolution and refund the money back as your replacement has also failed. If not then i will post all pictures with your damaged products and several complaints that i made until now on all social networking website and also will take you to consumer forum. I need the money back as its a hard earned money and i will never waste it on companies like you. Was this information helpful? | |||

We paid Rs 1400/ as repair cost part sensor including visit charges.
But problem is not solve, we found same problem after few hours.
