📆 It's been 3 DAYS, still NO service.
📞 Every time I call, they just say “Wait 24 more hours.”

I had lodged complaints regarding my Haier deep freezer on[protected]SR No. [protected]) and[protected]SR No. [protected]). Even though the service technician visited twice and attempted repairs, the problem was not resolved. On August 19, the company took the deep freezer with the assurance that it would be repaired and returned within 3–5 days. However, there was a delay of more than 10 days.

In the meantime, I had to purchase a new freezer. Without my consent, the company later delivered the repaired freezer back to my house.

These events have caused me unnecessary inconvenience, financial loss, and mental stress. Therefore, I am not satisfied with the resolution of this complaint.
