We have taken a microwave on rent from Furlenco for a period of 6 months from 25 January, 2025 to 24 July 2025. On 28th June we raised a service request with Furlenco for our microwave as it had stopped working. On raising the request we were told it would be resolved in 3-5 days and a person from Haier would contact us. After multiple times contacting Haier they sent a person to inspect the microwave on 2nd July, he inspected and told the PCB had to be repaired and it would be done in 2-3 days. After contacting him on Friday we were told it would be done by Monday or Tuesday, when contacted today multiple times through my number which has blocked and then from my flatmate we are finally able to talk to him and he said that the PCB is still not fixed and he doesn't have any estimated date for the same. When contacted today Haier said they don't have the spare parts yet and the microwave cannot be fixed before Saturday Furlenco on the other hand is not receiving calls on the customer care and sending system generated replies on mail and there is no follow up from their side.
Request fair compensation as we are paying rent but not getting any service along with an actual functioning microwave.
