I bought haier refrigerator model hrb 475ss/2016 on 27 oct 2016, from Defence Electronics Jodhpur. Fridge is not working since almost a month, first complaint on 30 may vide SR no JO[protected], said to be resolved on 1st june, but not resolved. Second complaint on 5 june vide SR no JO[protected] not resolved till 25 june, attended on 25 june, but not resolved.Called to local service center Dev sharma [protected], not attended, called Mr Chandan Sharma area manager [protected], not attended, .Today mechanic came & said sensor not working, will be replaced after 2 days if part arrives from company.Very unprofessional attitude of company.
