I purchased haier split ac on 25/06/2020 at madipakkam satya agencies ltd., Product delivered on 26/05/2020 and till time no one called for installation i called every day to satya agencies and instation Company suriya systech mr. Thangam. Mr. Thangam informed me every day our technician will be come for installation evening 1600 hrs. And working at ullagaram / adambakkam and we have two teams. If i call most of the time not attending the call or line engaged. 1st time i purchased haier product and in future i naver purchase haier product. Unhappy with their service. My home having other company product but i am not faced any issue. (Carrier / sony / lg / philips/wheel pool). Today i called customer service they required 24 hours to solve the issue.
