Haier India Deep Freezer — led tv

I have haier led tv. I have also taken an annual maintenance contract and my tv is under warranty and now i am facing problem of display.

I have lodged complaint about this issue, but no one is concerned to solve it.
Mr nagesh aauti was like you talk to head office, service center is not liabale to solve my issue.
Service center says they dont have those specific parts of that model i[censored] dont have those parts then whats the point of taking amc. Let me know if you are solving my issue or not so that i can take further legal step.
