Haier India Deep Freezer — Misinformation | |||
Hi, My name is Amruta Sulakhe and registered mobile number is [protected]. I had purchased a Haier AC from Croma, while the product had a 1 year guarantee and also provided 3 service for 1 year. I had received a call from Haier customer care for booking a service before free service expiration. But Haier people does not show up on the date I booked the service, and now they are asking me to pay for the service. As I had already booked the service from my end, why should I pay for the service as they don't show up. I would like register a complaint against Haier for providing misinformation, also for not providing with the services I was entitled for. Was this information helpful? | |||
