Haier India Deep Freezer — Non functioning of Washing Machine from very first day of purchase | |||||
I purchased a semi automatic washing machine, Model HTW80-186V, vide invoice no. 1424/1718/02704 dated 29.06.2017 from Great Eastern Trading Company, MI-Road Jaipur. The said washing machine was delivered at my address on 2/07/2017 after its purchase. But from the very next day when I started the machine, it is not functioning properly. I registered a complaint to respondent’s service centre as per the rules of lodging complaints with the HAIER company, but my problem remain unresolved. In the machine first of all water in coming on the spin side as well and top of it, spin of the machine is not working. On 05.07.2017, the technician from the company came to see the washing machine and was unable to resolve the issue. Since the machine is in warranty and not at all working, I would request you to either replace the machine or refund the money. This is the first time I purchased any Haier product and I am totally disappointed with the product as well service of the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The Complaint of Microwave Oven is registered on 20/05/2017 with SR AH[protected] No. and till date it was not resolved and service center, Rajkot isn't dealing the matter seriously.Kindly address the problem and resolve as soon as possible.
