Haier India Deep Freezer — Poor customer service | |||
Dear team, My request id: ct[protected], and the problem: tv is not working. Service person came but they dint cheque anything and said we can't do service here, so we have to take to our office where service engineer is there. (As per customer care, mentioned that service engineers will came and do service, so you can pay them rs.860/-) After that they informed motherboard is not working and need to change but it has to take 1 week after placing order. When we ask them to return back our tv, they said we can't if you want came and take it. If the service agency (New sri baalaji refrigeration) send service engineer to my home then no issues, for taking back my tv i traveled from bangalore to my hometown and paid rs.860/- also and because of poor explanation i am unhappy customer to haier now.
