⚠️ Very bad experience with Haier refrigerator ⚠️
I purchased a Haier convertible refrigerator just 1 year ago. We hardly ever used the freezer, but when we finally tried to use the convertible feature, it did not work.
I raised a service ticket, and the technician came, dismantled the entire freezer, and then told me the button is gone and the whole freezer needs to be replaced — at my cost! I explained that we never even used this feature and the product is still under warranty. Instead of helping, they insisted I must pay the full amount.
When I asked for escalation, the technician himself admitted that once dismantled, the freezer will never work fully — then why did he open it in the first place? Now my refrigerator’s freezer is not working at all, and warranty coverage is being denied.
This is nothing but false warranty promises and a way to scam customers. I also own a washing machine from another brand, and they honored the warranty without any issue — unlike Haier.
