I am very much disappointed with the product provided by Satya Agencies. As this issue has not been resolved, I regret to state that I will not be purchasing any products from Satya Agencies in the future. I am extremely disappointed, especially as I have been a loyal customer of Satya Agencies for the past 15 years. It is unfortunate that this long-standing relationship may now come to an end.
A complaint regarding a washing machine I purchased from sathya on [[protected]]. The appliance is a [Haier, HW80 IM12929EBK], purchased under invoice/order number [250165POY2004255].
After approximately four months of normal household use, the washing machine has developed a significant wobbling and loud banging noise during operation, particularly during the spin cycle. This issue appears to be related to a suspension or balance fault, as the machine vibrates excessively despite being correctly installed on a level surface and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Given that the appliance is relatively new, this defect is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable expectations of durability, quality, and performance for a product of this type. The issue has persisted despite basic troubleshooting and is now affecting the safe and proper use of the machine.
I kindly request that this matter be resolved under the applicable warranty replacement of the unit.
