[Resolved] Haier — MIcrowave:HIL2080EGC is not working | |||
I have raised a complaint of my Haier microwoven on 25th Nov. Below is my complain no :BA[protected] The problem was, the door leaver is broken . So the technician came and told within 2-3 days he will order a new door leaver and fix it up. But it was a lie. He came after 2 weeks and that too with a wrong size leaver. He tried to fix that and he broke the outside frame as well . Now he told further 1 week is required to bring the correct leaver. I am very much upset with this sort of service from Haier . Microwave is a necessary staff in our daily life. I am suffering so much everyday because of this. After repetitive calls & emails i did not get the service from HAIER . My Micro Oven is still in same condition, not working . Today i got Area manager Sanmugam's mobile no & i called him regarding this incident. He clearly said the door parse is made of plastic and it's not available . Request me to sell / exchange my product . My Micro Oven is just 1.1 year old . Just because of 1 parse, how can Haier ask me to do exchange ?. How much price will i get in case of exchange ? On top of that the service engineer came has broken my micro oven frame. Who will take the responsibility for that ? I have purchased the product in 7000, is that just for 1 year then ? Please let me know officially whether it can be fixed or not ? If not write me in email . DSC- Bangalore, Service center guy has came & has broken my Microwave frame . If it's not fixed, i will go and complain to police regarding this. How come some one came & has broken my microwave frame and not taking any responsibility ? Please take appropriate action to make the process faster . Was this information helpful? | |||
