Haier — Putting mail subject as Urgent may be u take this request on priority

Hi Haier Team, Hope all fine I am Rahul Gaur and I have 2 window AC which we purchased in Delhi, Now we have shifted in Hyderabad, so in this summer we contact to haier service center dated on “last week of March” for service the one ac as cooling problem was coming in both ACs so I decided to repaired one of the AC and they took the AC service center and refilled the gas as it was not cooling because of gas leakage and after few days they had installed the AC in our present address Nanakramguda, Wipro Circle, Gachibowli. After few days 15- 20 days later, we faced again cooling problem, AC was not cooling just throwing air, we called again to haier customer and also to the engineer who has rectified the problem, They come and told us again we have to take this service center and need to check why it was not cooling again. They called us again gas leakage problem and its some technical thing coil is not working so has to replaced the coil so here I have one query If it was coil problem why they have not rectified the problem in first time and why they are telling in second time I am sure the problem was exist in first time also Now they told me the cost of coil would be around 6200/-. I have already spent 3000/- again 6200/- I need to spend which has no guarantee it will work or not. So I told to the engineer you visit our home we have another AC may be it’s coil good so we can use this AC part. I daily called to engineer and service center but I am not getting the response, I am suffering with this hot summer and here in Hyderabad the summer is 3 months where my one month already gone.what would be the use of this AC if it will not be repaired on right time. I did not expect atleast from Haier, we purchased 2 AC, I think it was not worthy. Problem is we call to customer care and they created the request and request closed without any problem solved.Still my problem is not solved and request has been closed by Haier which is really interesting. Second request created on[protected] Third request created on[protected] I talked to each and every person in Haier from branch manager to customer care including haier engineer but still problem not solved. I wanted to write more but I think it is not required.
