Halfrate.in — Fraud website

have not received my refund yet while I returned the item at the time of delivery
And I have sent multiple emails to your support still no response
What should I do? Should I approach consumer court ??
Halfrate is a fraud site

They are fake. I ordered "My Smart Pad for Kids - Learning and Educational Toy". 3rd class product. Nothing is working. I called for return they are not accepting the return now.

GUYS, PLEASE LOOK AT THE RETURN POLICY. THE RETURN POLICY IS NOT CLEAR. SO THE WEBSITE IS FAKE. WHAT EVER THERE IN THE IMAGE AND WHAT IS DELIVERED IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

I fall in there trap and loose some money but hope others will realize.

I placed the order for earphones worth Rs.149 and paid online via phonepe wallet. The payment was made and the order was placed on 22nd April 2021 at 12:05 pm. On their site the item still showing in the card like the order never went through.I pinged them on WhatsApp @+91 [protected] on 23rd April 2021 at 1:59pm and 2pm and there is no response, nobody comes online. It's so dead.This site is not authentic and needs to be banned.

I ordered on 30th Aug. When I WhatsApp them on 3 or 4th sep to about my order status they said. Abhi dispatch nhi hua still It would take another 2-3days. Now it has been 12days no response from their side. Don't waste ur money. They are fake

All complaints are solved if any body is still having issue mail us at [protected]@halfrate.in, ant genuin complaint will immediately solved but no free stuff will be given too any person.

FRAUD APP THIS IS FACT DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE U WILL NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE OR SOLUTION N REFUND U CAN FORGET ABOUT IT. I m very disappointed with the product i received as the main knob which is attached to the tap is missing so it's of no use to me the product n the customer supporter is unable to understand my query. I m going to make a police complain against ur fraud app n i m going to put this matter on all social media site.
