HappyEasyGo — Airlines ticket

Had booked a ticket on 13th of June at 1.18 AM. PNR details are given below
PNR no. T2PD8R from Patna to Surat
However I cancelled the ticket on same day. I contacted the airlines where they said money has been refunded to the third party I.e Happy easy go. Confirmation was given on mail. Please help as still I haven’t received the refund amount i.e 24000. I have been following up with HEG since 80 days for the same. I’m helpless now.
