On 10dec 2022 at 2:32 I booked a room in hotel golden tulip via happyeasy go web with complete payment and received the confirmation mail as well from Happyeasygo, During my checkin date hotel staff denied me to checkin and said we don’t have any booking for your name as well as confirmation number not approved by our end.
Please help to solve my issue and initiate a amount asap.

Learned from this incident but thanks for for help.
I had also booked my flight using this app and flight got cancelled through the airline. I'm waiting for my refund from last 3 months. Can you suggest what should I do to get my money back?
