[Resolved] HappyEasyGo — Refund NOT received since 5 months

I have booked two tickets through HEG and had to cancel. Airline executive have confirmed that they have refunded to HEG but still I have not received the refund amount.
Please help me.
My PNR nos are: PNL7RZ and W5UU9D.
