[Resolved]  HappyEasyGo — Money deducted from account but tickets not received neither refund received

My order id is[protected]
I booked two tickets from PAT- BLR yesterday at around 3 pm. The money got deducted from my account and it said I shall recieve my tickets within an hour. Its the next day and I still haven’t recieved any ticket or any refund for my order. I got a message saying refund is approved but no money was refunded.
I tried calling every given number of HEG on the internet, two email ids, twitter but got no response from them. Please give me my refund as I need to arrange other modes of travel and I don’t have time.

I request all of the people who are is misery due to this fraudulent company to go ahead and register a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline on their website or by calling their helpline 1800-11-4000. I got my refund within 4 days of the payment. I am extremely thankful to NCH for taking immediate action on behalf of people like us who are suffering. Lesson learnt: do your research before paying online.
