This is to inform you that I have purchased Bluetooth JBL BT110 through Flipkart (Order ID-OD[protected]. When I received my order, I found that Left side of the Earphone was not working properly, since the product was under warranty period so I have called on Service Centre number i.e [protected] and I have been asked to return on the Address- Flextronics Technologies India Pvt Ltd 302 Phase-2 Udyog Vihar Gurgaon Haryana- 122001 My Complaint No-UP-C[protected]. I returned the order on[protected] through Trackon Courier No- [protected] After few days I have made query many times, but after 15 days they told me that they have received the order and they will dispatch the product within 10-15 days. After approx 25 days I have received a call from Mob no-[protected] that the courier sent by me was found empty Video & Courier Slip of same is uploaded Now whenever I call on Customer Care number they are ignoring my calls & not giving Clear response. Kindly take necessary action against this and resolve this matter as earliest as possible from your end. I would be greatly Thankful to you for the same.
