Harpreet Ford — Repeated Negligence FORD Vehicle Service

Greetings of the Day.
This is to bring to your kind attention on the negligent attitude of ford authorized service centers. I used to consider myself to be a proud owner of Ford car but this has changed with the pathetic resolutions being offered to customers who have I believe invested a lot in buying Ford cars.
I am a resident of GURGAON and have always given my FORD FIGO CAR bearing registration number GJ01 RE 7647 to authorized Ford Service Centers (Harpreet Ford Gurgaon, Near Hero Honda Chowk) only so that I don’t have to face petty issues day in and day out.
However I would like to quote here that even after paying the HEFTY SERVICING COSTS which is way higher as compared to other brands servicing cost in this segment the small servicing check points are not adhered to and is a case of complete NEGLIGENCE.
I happened to be a diehard fan of FORD Cars and bought my FORD FIGO CAR in the year 2014 with a hope that it is going to be a joy of my life.
But my positive thoughts about this car have been shattered since the very beginning as I was forced to wait for atleast a year to get the exchange bonus from the dealer in Gujarat and since last 2 years I have been constantly complaining about the Horn, AC and Headlamps (High Beam). I have got my car serviced at Harpreet Ford Gurgaon Authorized Service Center (Near Hero Honda Chowk) thrice and reported the above mentioned issues on a regular basis. To the best of my understanding, these are a fundamental check that one needs to perform and should be a part of routine service checks. But unfortunately there has never been a single instance when the issues have been resolved permanently. During my car’s last service I specifically pointed out the mentioned issues that are lingering on since long to the Service Manager and humbly requested him to resolve them once and for all.
To my utmost surprise these issues are not resolved and I had to pay for these petty issues to service center when I recently travelled for long distance since I have no other options.
 At many occasions while driving with my family I have to stop the car and fix the Horn’s loose connection by myself since I have no other option due to non availability if FORD SERVICE CENTERS in the nearby areas
 It is quite humiliating when I travel in my FORD FIGO CAR with my colleagues and the AC stops all of a sudden and we are forced to open the windows and take the dirt that is outside. This is seriously insulting. I had even paid for getting the same checked during my recent outstation trip with my family. I paid from my pocket for service lapse made by Harpreet Ford Gurgaon Authorized Service Center (Near Hero Honda Chowk)
 I am really afraid of taking my FORD FIGO CAR to the highways since the Headlamps on high beam don’t work properly
I have always been a big fan of FORD CARS and promoted the brand to my family and friends reason which we have around 4 FORD FIGOS and 1 FORD ECOSPORT in the family but due to my bitter experience at FORD SERVICE CENTERS I have seriously stopped giving any feedback of FORD Cars as I don’t want my friends to fall prey to the poor very poor Customer Service.
I always pray to LORD ALMIGHTY when my friends, colleagues, relatives travel with me in my FORD FIGO CAR so that they don’t face any issues from the concerns mentioned above.
Sir, I sincerely request that this is my dream car which I purchased with my HARD EARNED MONEY and praised about to all known to me. It is a humble request to improve the SERVICE STANDARD since Customer Service is the only way a Brand can improve its image in this competitive market. It is the word of mouth that helps people in INDIA decide on which brand’s car to take. I truly believe being in the Customer Service Industry that we follow the Universal Principle of Customer Service Industry “ONE TIME RESOLUTION” as in my case and of many other esteemed FORD customers it is MISSING COMPLETELY.
Even when one pays such HEFTY Servicing charges and experiences such horrifying instances, it is very disheartening to believe that this is being faced from a company like FORD.
I would humbly request to please take heed of this matter and take appropriate action to make the lives of your esteemed customers who can drive the brand peacefully.
I cannot call myself a HAPPY FORD CUSTOMER.
