Haryana Transport Department — refund not given

Sir,
I had cancelled ticket from chandigarh to delhi igi airport on 24th feb, 2018. I got cancelation mail stating that refund amount of 510 rs will be credited to my account 10-12 days, today its been 18 days and i had not got my refund. I have called several times on the phone number provided on mail but i got no response from him.

Cancellation reference numbr — v[protected]

Please refund the amount asap.

i haven't received my rc yet i got massage 20th dec 2017 regarding your rc is under preparation now three months already gone also i visited gurgaon rto office they are saying we have dispatched through speed post now can you please help me how to get it.

My journey Karnal to Delhi isbt, ongoing currently.

A sharp metal strip below the torn seat cushion has left me with bleeding and scratchy skin alongwith torn Jeans and undergarment. Conductor response, when reported, is disappointing.
