Sir, I submitted a complaint regarding non updation of my water bill deposited through debit card (PNB) on 12.7.2021.The complaint ID was 2435451 at 9.54, later changed to 2435708 at1.31. The bank passbook shows money goes to ECOM 491679 Eazypay ICICI BA (094310)on 12.7.21. Only yesterday, On my visit to huda water supply office in sec 8, Pkl, It was revealed that money has not been credited to huda account by bank, and more than 100 people have visited this office since morning. To my surprise, the site shows enhanced amount of 3269 /-against actual bill of Rs, 2972/- Money has not come back in my account till yesterday. This means I stand to pay 3269/- as on today, Whereas I have already paid 2972/- to huda much before last date 20.7.21.
