Dear Sir, Wish to bring to your notice that concrete efforts are required to remove encroachment on Govt land at various places in Panchkula .Rich & poor are alike in getting involved in similar efforts . Poor are involved in utilizing govt space near markets for their STREET SHOPS or THELAS, the shopkeepers are not far behind ...they encroach upon Govt land by extending their shops beyond permissible limits .

The house owners are involved in encroaching upon Govt Free land around their house . Similar examples are seen by Dr Kaushal, H No 386, Sector 6 Panchkula ...who has been extending his back garden inch by inch and has now encroached upon the park road . All the complaints to authorities have fallen on deaf ears.

A concrete plan for proper KIOSKS ( Similiar looking & SPACE/ size ) are required for any street shop /vendor...whether he sells chowmin/ vegetables or mends shoes.& similarly equal size of outside lawn garden permissible by HUDA should be permitted and strict action taken against the defaulters. The DHOBI shops in every sector is based on illegal encroachment . This too should be shifted to proper KIOSKS, so as to bring in safety, good ambience & revenue generation to the govt, which can be utilized further for development of PANCHKULA.

Then only we can fulfill our dream of- "A NEW HARYANA _A BETTER HARYANA "

There is a sever sewage leakage near to our home. It is becoming very difficult to breath and walk in as dirty water is all over the place. During this monsoon season this cause a threat for serious diseases like dengue and malaria.

Dear HUDA Team,
I have been complaining regarding illegal occupation and extension of boudaries on HUDA land in sector 8 HUDA Market.

Booth and shops are occupied by making illegal parks and garden, keeping cows and buffalo in Market.

Further, huge land of outer area of market is occupied by SIHI gaon villagers by extending their boundaries, keeping buffalo out their and doing many commercial activities.

Kindly take appropriate action asap.

From last month water supply is very durty

Sir/madam this is to inform u that due to the unconstructed plot there are heaps of garbage piled up. Due to stagnant water, there is lots of smell and mosquitoes in the neighbourhood which causes dengue and many more diseases. Due to garbage, there are pigs around. Even dead animals are buried in these empty plots and no certain action is taken.

Kindly take strict action against the land owners....

Dear sir/madam. My account no is 98002379. I have submitted the bill payment of 1676 through sbi debit card dated on 13.7.21.and the last date was 15.7.21.but it does not show that payment done and payment has been already deducted from my account.please rectify it and oblige me

Sir, I submitted a complaint regarding non updation of my water bill deposited through debit card (PNB) on 12.7.2021.The complaint ID was 2435451 at 9.54, later changed to 2435708 at1.31. The bank passbook shows money goes to ECOM 491679 Eazypay ICICI BA (094310)on 12.7.21. Only yesterday, On my visit to huda water supply office in sec 8, Pkl, It was revealed that money has not been credited to huda account by bank, and more than 100 people have visited this office since morning. To my surprise, the site shows enhanced amount of 3269 /-against actual bill of Rs, 2972/- Money has not come back in my account till yesterday. This means I stand to pay 3269/- as on today, Whereas I have already paid 2972/- to huda much before last date 20.7.21. I've already paid the bill of consumer no. 91100579 on 13july, but it is still not reflected on my consumer account.
The bill amount was of 224.
I've uploaded relevant proof of the transaction.

It is submitted that online payments of Rs 1020/- were made by me on HSVP bill payment through EAZYPAY ICICI .PFA the transaction history. It's regretted that neither the payment receipt is being generated nor updating of payments done on your HSVP portal of Bill Payment. Kindly do the needful at your earliest and oblige.

Hello, I made water bill payment from net banking, Amount got deducted from my account but bill was not paid. I did not receive any receipt of payment. My online Water account is still showing as bill amount still pending.
