There is illigal construction going on at A/16/4, vikhroli parksite, road no 4, mumbai 79.

Illegal construction in sushant lok III, Plot E 51, the current reident are in a mess because of sctterred building material. Apparently some relative of the HUDA estate officer...is anyone listening

Sub: No development on SPR Road, Gurgaon since last two and half years.


I wish to bring to your kind notice that large number of persons have invested along this SPR road and nearby areas when Haryana CM and NHAI announced that this road would soon be connected at one end to Sohna road and other end to NH-8. The same road was named as Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) on New Gurgaon, but more than 2.5 years time has passed and still 13 parties' litigation patch of 435 meter is not able to solve by the State and Central Govt. and neither by NHAI authorities.

May I know if something is being done by any official to sort out the work on SPR area. Unitech and DLF were given the contracts but they are not able to complete due to stay in court by 13 parties against this 435 meter patch. I put below the site where all persons are highly concerned about SPR status and harping in dark. Thousands of investors have invested their huge hard earned money to get nothing due to so long pending matter on SPR for just 13 persons own interest inspite of compensation being offered by HUDA. Please intervene in the matter and solve the problem of several thousand investors.

Please throw some light on the above road.

The sewage system on the road behind the D-! block of South City II, Gurgaon has been damaged from last 8 months. The residents have complained to UNITECH many times but as per them the area is under the jurisdiction of HUDA. The sewage in spilling on to the road and is causing health hazard and foul smell for the whole locality.

HUDA SHOULD PROVIDE WATER FOR ATLEAST 12 HOURS DAILS WITH PRESSURE.

SEC- 22 RESIDENTS SHOULD NOT PUT MALBA ON ROAD

submersible pump of Jharsa Villege has ben dried up due to iligall submersible pump in near government high school, Rohtash Genral merchent mr. pradeep s/o om prakash panchal. residents are suffering from ater crises so i request HUDA to take strict action agggainst them. & seal this submersible pump.

All the HUDA staff residing in staff quarters in water boosting stations of sector 22 are using free electricity (No Electricity & Water meters in any house). All electric gadgets (heaters, geysers, press, big coolers etc) runs freely 24 hrs without any electricity bills. In addition to this they waste gallons of Boosting Station's water through their taps (running 24 hrs without any use) and poor residents of sectors dont even get water to drink. This is the harsh reality. HUDA, or any authority should check these activities to stop the wastage of natural resources like water and electricity to such a big extent.

HUDA Gurgaon — Asking bribe

Huda Official do not complete the transfer of Property unless they have been offered bribe through some channel. your file does not move at all or take months to do so after a lot of harassment. They do not have any time frame to complete the process.

He is Absolutely Right

sector 57 is becoming slum. One plotholder of Wazirabad village near railvihar and B1 block has made Jhuggies. The area has become slum becuase they do toilets at open space. no one is looking this. These jhuggies caught fire last friday, however within two days new one made.I think there is no law and order and no one is looking this. Ansal, Rigoss, Huda no one is caring.

Please assist in getting rainwater harvesting installed in Residency Greens sector 46. Unitech promised rainwater harvesting in this area almost a decade ago. Looking at the depleting water levels, this needs to be addressed urgently. Thank You, Brgds Tanushri

I am living in Sector 10, Gurgaon House No. 689.thereis the waterlgging in front of my house due to the Sewerage water drain has gone inside the land, also there is an electricity supply pole beside the Drain which is very dangerous & may cause fatal accident. I like to register the complaint against Mr.ASHOK KALRA he is residing in House No 1094 Sector-10A GURGAON This person is illegally reconstructing his house without any permission He has also covered 100% of the greenbelt area. There is no approval from Haryana T&CP and HUDA. He has covered 100% of the service lane(Actually according to the approved map of T&CP it is the service lane/gally between the house rows)which is against the laws. There is no map approval has been taken from HUDA zonal office. Also being a concerned citizen i would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people.
Due to this illegal construction i would like to high light the problems (no Parking space and no greenery)

I'm also facing the same problem and now I'm corruption is really well established practice in HUDA office.

You won't find even one employee of HUDA who is not corrupt, infact the only purpose of them being here in Gurgaon is to rob plot owners.

Still I'm struggling to find the way out.What happened in your case, are you still struggling or had to surrender to their demand of bribe to expedite things fast.

HUDA is one of the INDIA's most and worst corrupt department. I would request everyone not to opt for HUDA plots and Flats.

Every clark/office needs bribe and they ask from thier bladdy mouth.

HUDA Refund Cheque, Speed Post — Huda Refund Cheque lost in transit

I have applied for HUDA residential plots in February 2008, for which the result was declared on 29th August, 2008. As my application did not make it, the refund of Rs. 45500/- should have been made with in 30 days.

But till today 03/11/2008, I have been trying to locate the refund cheque, which was sent by HUDA and dispatched by Rohtak Speed Post Centre to Gurgaon on 15/09/2008.

This cheque is untraceable and I have no clue how to get my hard earned money back. I had been spending at least 50/- on STD calls to Bahadurgarh HUDA office and SPEED POST centres almost daily.

If somebody help me out in this.

un-officially I come to know that they have started refund in last week. Most probably we get it upto this weekend.

But I'm not sure that they will send cheque or transfer back to bank acount.

Today I come to know that HUDA had refunded the money, but still some are missing. They have a list of the applicants at bahadurgarh office who had not found thier refund. I'm planning to visit the HUDA office. There is no telephonic/email communication from HUDA office. "At-leat HUDA is Govt orgnisation. someone told me that if your land is acquired by HUDA, then you are entitled for a confirmed plot in that sector.

what if someone has not applied for it in the due date? However wants to make a late application.

The application no is 46445.so you are requested to refund my money as soon as possible.

I believe Huda is the most corrupt department I have ever come across. I can really understand and appreciate the agony the gentleman is going through

HUDA — not received refund of bahadurgarh sector 13 plots

Ihave not received my refund of rs 123800 till 17 march 2009 my appl no is159232 in the name of nalini mendiratta

I have not received refund of application money so far. Please arrange to expedite the refund. Scheme and application details given below:

I have not received my refund amount for the HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) Scheme. I had filled in an application for Faridabad plot. Can someone guide me whom should I contact to track this reimbursement. I'm aware that HUDA has returned the money of almost everyone who didn't get a plot as part of the lucky draw.

I am working in MIE part A Bahadurgarh Co. Since last three years, I have not seen such a bad conditioned Roads, Drainage system anywhere in India, this is one of the oldest Industrial area and all the Units are working area but it's maintenance is the worst, there is Garbage all around the Roads, it feels like the vomiting whenever we passes through,

We are requesting, kindly do something make this area better.

sec 9 huda market association — Sweeper not come for their work

dear sir/ madam
There is a sweeper appointed for the sec 9 huda market ahead arogyam pharmacy and all compound. NO body come here for the neat and cleaning work. This sweeper comes only 1 or 2 times in a month and demand for collect money like 10 Rupee for kharcha pani. There is large amount of of open dust on the new made lanter sadak. no body take as the responsibilty for this

As expect a earliest action for solving the problem
