From past 5 days i dnt have internet .. when ever i call customer care they r saying they are working on it .. I became very sick with ur internet connection .. from past 5 days when ever i call them no one responds properly and no one lifts call within 1 min ..even after lifting call . they will say we will resume connection within 1 hr . but it will never resume .. and ur just playing with customers .. ??? but anyways i decided to leave hathway and switch to beam cable for next connection .. i just want to say .. u people are very lazy and no interest in working or improving ur bussiness .. i just wasted money for 5mbps.. seriously u all are sick and lazy .
