Hathway — Account deactivated | |||
I am an existing Hathway customer A/C No - 1524871. I had activated my account last month with the payment of Rs 2400/- Currently, my account is deactivated. My complaint number is 1590890 which was lodged few days back. Initially, the care representative claimed the account was deactivated because of server error and the account will be activated next morning before 12 noon . However, the account is not yet activated. Today, Hathways's care representative is claiming that i am short of payment and I have not paid the service tax. Hathways's sales representative (Samir Shaikh) gave a verbal commitment of waiving off the Service Tax at the time of activating the account hence I had gave a cheque of Rs 2400. If I was short of payment the account should have never been activated and the cheque should have not been accepted. I am really disappointed with the service and suffering losses due to inactive connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
