Issue : I paid the bill ( Amt: 2472) on 29th Jan'22 as my expiry date is 2nd Feb'22. Don't know why my internet has been deactivated . I tried calling customer care & the lady was too rude to me saying that she can't do anything about it. I have dropped the mail long back saying that my payment is not updated in the website, Buy didn't receive any reply. Because of them I lost 1 working day pay. The worst part is I'm getting calls from the sales team to pay the bill to activate my account.
Resolution : Need the loss of pay
