[Resolved] Hathway — amount has been taken and not working

Payment has been taken on 23rd nov and i was promised that installation will be done in 24hrs. It is now already 48hrs and still they have not done the job and not responding. Even after multiple follow ups agent guy is not picking up calls and not updating the status. The agent does not know the status at all and the same has happened to my friend. Problem is with the agent guy who is not taking the responsibility

They are calling me everyday for renewal after i unsubscribe broadband connection its been 6 month ago I unsubscribed hathway broadband but I don't want to receive any call from them
