Hathway — BIlls not provided | |||||
Hi I have hathway broadband connection with the account ID 1002925. I have a prepaid, quarterly plan and every time I pay the bill online/thru cash, I do not receive the payment receipt or bill. Every time I raise the issue to the customer care, they say it will be resolved within 24 hrs, each time. I am fed up with these people. I do not know how to proceed further.
