Hello Sir, I have taken Hathway broadband connection and from the starting almost 4 months i'm using this connection they are cheating the customers by offering the 50 mbps internet speed most of the times it's below 5 mbps sometimes 50 mbps. i am complaining about this in a daily basis sometimes i don't have connection at all. They are taking advance money from the customer for 3 months and fooling them. I never got a complete rectification for this. i have mail to the Nodal office and everyone still they are so irresponsible. please help me to deal with this.
