Hathway Broadband Delhi — plan purchased under 3 month + 1 month free validity but remaining 1 month validity not received

I have purchased the plan under 3 months + 1 month free validity. But till now not received remaining 1 month data/validity. Please look into the matter and add remaining 1 month validity in my account.
Submitted several complaints to nodal, billing team, customer support but no answer received till now.
