We have 2 Hathaway connections at home. Second connection is very slow. We are getting 5mbps to 10mbps for 50mbps pack. We called the customer care and raised complaints so many times. Every time we raise a request, it is closed within few hours without any resolution. Sometimes the Hathaway agents come home and then leave without fixing the problem saying that they will come back in 5 mins. So we want to cancel the connection. But they are saying that they will cancel and take back the router, but no refund of amount is possible. How can we pay when we haven't used any network at all because of low speed???????
