[Resolved] Hathway Broadband Internet — 10 complaint in a week, still unsolved & abusive operator | |||
I have been using Internet service of Hathway Broadband Internet in Kandivali (Mumbai) & facing the connectivity issue since last few month constantly. Every month I face some or the other issue either with my Internet connectivity, or every now & then local server is down or modem issue. Every time I call customer care I hear the same old scripted dialogues from the well trained operators. There is no concrete action taken looking at the most number of complaint in a week by the customer and complaint keeps on piling. The operators use (@#$%) abusive language in-case you go hard at them getting the issue sorted. It seems like they least care about what are you going through and just want to wrap up call asap. Its a task if you want to get in touch with the supervisors or the person on superior position to escalate the complaint and get it resolved asap & noted. Its a kind of monopoly in the locality as they have good number of customers base hence they are least bothered if the customer deactivates their service. Its nothing less than torture that I have been facing since months and can do nothing sitting on the other side waiting to get the issue fixed. I would sincerely request to all think before buying Internet service from Hathway Broadband Internet. Following are the name of careless operator and supervisor.
