Hathway Broadband Internet — refund of rs.1000 for modem security.

I installed hathway broadband services on 17.08.2016 receipt no.30444 and paid rs.5639 (Rs.500 non refundable, rs.3599 subscription for 3 months, rs.1000 modem security, rs.540 service tax). As i was not satisfied because of lower speed of 50 mbs, i disconnected the connection and hand over the modem to their representative shri nishu on 23.12.2019 receipt s. N.47164. But he refused to refund modem security. Since then, i am pursuing, but they refused to refund modem security amount of rs.1000.
