Hathway — Broadband - money taken but no connection | |
We had applied for a new hathway internet connection on 29th Nov 2015 through hathway service agents. All relevant documents were submitted to the agent along with 3 months pack amount payment on the same day.
Till date we have not got even wiring done in our apartment. The service agents made us wait endlessly for them including on working days and weekend but they never turned up. They just said in it will be done within an hour but that hour never came.
We also raised complaint on 14th Dec 2015 to the customer service team and were assured a call back within 8 hours. There were no calls from anyone. We again called on 15 DEC 2015 and got the same assurance. We have already requested for a refund of the complete amount given for this connection but there has been no update from Hathway team on its procedure. complaint number 15155301 .
