Name: Narasimha Murthy Residency: #23, 13th Cross, Cauvery Layout, G.M.Palya, Bangalore-75 Subject: Problem With HATHWAY Broadband Service HathWay Account Number: 1102300 HathWay Complaint No: 9921372 Just raised complaint one week back, but no use...My Complaint no is 9921372 and every time i will call to customer care they will tell end of day or within a hour they will resolve the issue...I am wasting my phone bill +Time and already it is 3months prepaid package money. Is it guys are preparing " Separate Modem" for my use? Customer care guys gave some manager number Number is not at all lifting the phone..( Manjunath reddy:[protected]. To Whom I have to contact.. Either contact HathWay owner or divisional branch manager I am not understanding?. HATHWWAY SERVICE IS THE ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE I FACED RECENT TIMES...Finally I urged them at least let me know how to cancel the connection... that will be appreciated!!! But, they are not canceling the account also. Please Help Us!!!
