From the past two months, i have been having trouble with the network speed. I am running with a 15 mbps unlimited connection. As this affected my work i have raised multiple customer service requests to provide me with higher plans. Every time the customer service representative tells me i will get a call. I have not got a call. It is also very difficult to reach the customer service as the hit ratio is not that great. I am stuck as i have made full payment and i don't wish to get a new internet connection. The service has been pathetic and i am suffering a business loss because of that.
I fail to understand that i am willing to pay more for a better connection and still am not able to. This is a very strange style of business for such a reputed company. I just wish to bring to the notice of readers here for the benefit of all. Was this information helpful? |
