Hathway Brodband — wrong billing & automatic connection change to postpaid | |||
For hathway account :[protected] wrong billing of 3404 inr has been generated, and we have not used it, not even a single day from past 2 months. Infect this internet connection used to be activated once we pay the amount and if payments are not done it used to remain deactivated till the next payment without generating any billing pending on us. Hathway has changed our connection from prepaid to postpaid automatically without given us any detail. And now generating falls bills. I had raised requested: service request id[protected]w743851 Service id[protected]c13835 But they have closed it without doing anything. When i spoke to customer care they said my bill will be nullified, but again hathway office from pune called me and asked me to do payment otherwise legal action will be taken. This is purely antisocial activity from hathway side. One more thing to mention here, while taking connection hathway agent told me that if i want to deactivate connection just call to customer care and we will send agent to take modem but now they are asking me to come to their office to submit it.
