Dear sir/ maa'm, I need you help to solve this issue on priority basis. We follow up with your customer care from 2 week but yet not getting proper solution. Please send technical person to my address to solve this issue. Can you please investigate my issues asap, as per customer care issue in your card, and my cable operater said issue in set top box, errror images attached. If issue in card so please give new card.
