Hathway Cable & Datacom — [protected] account closed and modem/router surrendered

Hi hathway team,

I have closed my connection with name udaya nayani & account no [protected] around 2018 jan and also surrender the modem.

After closing the connection i have took new connection with wife name prasanna lakshmi (Account no [protected]) and thinking i can avoid unnecessary calls and messages from hathway.

Please check and close the connection as i have already surrender the modem. The person who collected the modem not given any receipt to my wife during the collection time.

If you still bother me i am going to close the new connection as well which is with my wife name. If you want you can come and check in the apartment if i own the old modem.

Please close the my old connection otherwise i am going to share this feedback in the mahaveer rhyolite apartment as well as in my company about this harassment.
